We investigate the photon pumping effect in a topological model consisting of periodically driven spin-1/2 coupled to quantum cavity mode out adiabatic limit. In strong-drive limit, quantized frequency conversion photons is expected as temporal analog Hall current. numerically establish novel phenomenon experimentally accessible nonadiabatic driving regime for broad region parameter space. The efficiency exhibits strong fluctuations and high that can reach up 80% value commensurate combinations. link properties delocalization corresponding Floquet states which display multifractal behavior result hybridization between localized delocalized sectors.
